Professor of Education; Director, Stanford Center on Adolescence; Senior Fellow, Hoover Institution on War, Revolution, and Peace

Dr. Damon writes on moral development through the lifespan. Recently he has begun a study on the development of purpose during adolescence. In addition, he is conducting research on how young professionals can learn to do work that is at the same time highly masterful and highly moral. Damon has written several books on moral and character development, and he is the editor-in-chief of New Directions for Child and Adolescent Development and The Handbook of Child Psychology. Damon also serves as the director of the Stanford Center on Adolescence, a campus-based research think-tank that focuses on character and civic education. Damon's research has led to a number of widely-recognized educational methods, including community "youth charters" and a training program on good journalism for mid-career news professionals.

The Federal Reserve System (also known as the Federal Reserve, and informally as the Fed) is the central banking system of the United States. It was created on December 23, 1913, with the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act, largely in response to a series of financial panics, particularly a severe panic in 1907. Over time, the roles and responsibilities of the Federal Reserve System have expanded and its structure has evolved.

Professor Noel Capon, Marketing Division, Columbia Business School, teaching a Marketing Strategy core course and the electives Strategic Marketing Planning; Developing and Managing Strategic Customers; and Sales Management. His research interests are in key/strategic account management, marketing planning and strategy, and the determinants of corporate financial performance. He has published more than 80 articles, book chapters and books. His latest books - Total Integrated Marketing and Managing Global Accounts. His latest paper, "The Effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning," with Deanna Kuhn was published in Cognition and Instruction. Capon received the Columbia Business School GBA award for outstanding teaching, as well as the Chazen International Innovation Prize. He has taught in many countries and held visiting professor appointments in France, Hong Kong, and the People's Republic of China. Professor Ketty Pucci-Sisti Maisonrouge joined the Columbia Business School faculty in 2004 and teaches the Master Class "Marketing of Luxury Products", which is the only class focused on the luxury industry in the current curriculum. In May 2012 she was awarded the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence by Columbia Business School Dean Glenn Hubbard. She is also a Visiting Professor at IE Business School in Madrid (Spain) and was awarded the IE Business School Recononcimiento a la Excelencia Docente in 2012. In fall 2013, her first book, The Luxury Alchemist, was published by Assouline and went on to receive the International Award at the annual literary event, La Foret des Livres in the Loire Valley, France. Ketty Pucci-Sisti Maisonrouge was born in Italy and grew up in Switzerland and France. Her broad background includes a degree in Business Administration from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and a Masters Degree in Law from the Sorbonne. In the US, she completed course work for a Master’s degree in Italian Renaissance Art at New York University’s Institute of Fine Arts. In 1988, Mrs. Maisonrouge founded Ketty Maisonrouge & Company, Inc (KM & Co.), a marketing and communications firm specializing in the areas of fine arts and luxury goods. Her extensive client list includes Chaumet, Christofle, Damiani, Trussardi, Puiforcat, the Italian Trade Office, Hermès, Escada, and La Biennale des Antiquaires. In addition, Ms. Maisonrouge launched an antiques store in Washington, Connecticut, specializing in 18th century European art, and created Vieux Livres d’Europe, a rare book company. Concurrent to her duties with Ketty Maisonrouge & Company, Ms. Maisonrouge served as the permanent US Representative of the Comité Colbert, an association of over 70 French Luxury companies, from 1988 until the organization closed its representative office in January 2004. In addition to being a member of the board of Action Against Hunger, and Kips Bay Boys’ and Girls’ Club, and National Dance Institute, Ms. Maisonrouge is President and co-Founder of the Luxury Education Foundation. The French Government awarded her the title of Chevalier de l’Ordre National de Mérite in 2001, and the title of Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur in 2009. She lives in New York with her husband, and their two sons.

Dr. Regina Abrami Political Science, Senior Fellow, Management Department, Wharton School of Business, and Director, Global Program, the Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies
With primary expertise in political economy, Dr. Abrami’s research focuses on the political economy of national industrial strategy, doing business in emerging markets, and China and Vietnam. She is a frequent commentator on managing in a global context, and most recently in regard to the globalization of Chinese companies, Chinese industrial policy, and the relation between national political and economic context and business strategy.

SAP全球高级副总裁Wesley Mukai

Wesley Mukai is Vice President, HANA Cloud Computing, at SAP, where his team focuses on the advanced development and engineering of software, hardware and service systems for In-Memory Computing and the HANA Enterprise Cloud.  His team was responsible for architecting and building the largest HANA system in the world and the foundation for the HANA Enterprise Cloud.  Wesley brings a wealth of experience in the high tech industry across the networking, computing hardware, telecommunications, and software industries. Before joining SAP, he has held various senior management positions at Cisco Systems and Infogear Technologies in routing/switching and consumer internet appliances. He was also a Partner for Mercer Management Consulting and Principal at Pricewaterhousecoopers Consulting, where he led major growth strategy and operational consulting projects for the telecommunications and high technology industries. Wesley has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

He is currently the Convener for the Science Education Academic Group, and was until recentlyProgramme Manager for the part-time PhD in Education. The Science Education Academic Group organizes seminars on Teaching and Learning Science.He is also currently Chair of the Chemical Education Research Group: a special interest group of the Royal Society of Chemistry.He acts as reviewer for a range of journals, and is on editorial/advisory/review boards for the International Journal of Science Education; Science Education; Chemistry Education: Research and Practice; School Science Review; Journal of Science Teacher Education; and Teacher Development.Teaching: He teaches students on PGCE, MEd and MPhil, and PhD courses.Dr. Taber has responsibility for secondary PGCE (initial teacher education) option in Science/Physics.He is a member of the core teaching team for the Educational Research MPhil/MEd course, and he supervises research student projects.
